At Orlea, each design is a piece of hand craftsmanship carefully woven for you with the philosophy of “Guardians of Time”.

1. Boutique Production and Preparation Process

All Orlea designs are not ready-made stock products; they are produced entirely by hand craftsmanship in our workshop upon your order. The hand-labor preparation period of our products varies between 1 to 3 weeks depending on the details of the design. Your order is delivered to the courier without exceeding the legal maximum period of 30 days, excluding natural disasters, fire, earthquake, epidemic disease, or similar force majeure events.

2. Domestic Deliveries (Within Turkey)

• Shipping Fee: We offer free shipping privilege on all your orders throughout Turkey.
• Delivery Time: After your product is delivered to the courier, it usually reaches your address within 2 to 4 business days depending on the distribution process of our logistics partners.

3. International Deliveries

• Standard Regions: We offer free express shipping service with our international logistics partners for all orders over 350 USD to the main logistics networks of Europe, Canada, and the USA. For orders below this amount, the shipping fee is dynamically calculated based on your address at the checkout step. Transit time is usually 2-8 business days.
• Remote Regions: For regions outside the main lines and islands, the shipping fee is automatically calculated by the system regardless of the order amount. Transit time is 3-10 business days.

4. Customs and Import Taxes (DDP and DAP)

• US Shipments (DDP): In all our shipments to the USA, customs and import taxes are paid in advance by our brand. You will not face any additional fees at your door.
• Other Countries (DAP): Customs duties and import fees in all countries outside the USA are under the responsibility of the buyer.

5. Delivery Security and Buyer Responsibilities

The legal transfer of risk occurs the moment your package is documented as “Delivered” on the courier tracking screen. Please do not give instructions that do not require a signature, such as “leave at door”, via the carrier company panel; otherwise, the SELLER cannot be held responsible for any loss/theft risks that may occur.

In addition, in international (overseas) orders, for packages returned to our workshop due to rejection because customs duties are not paid, or not being received / incorrect address; the original shipping (first cargo) fee, return shipping costs to Turkey, all customs duties to arise, official customs brokerage fees, and warehouse storage costs are legally deducted from the buyer’s refund amount. If the total amount of these deductions is equal to or more than the order price, no balance refund is made to the buyer, and the SELLER reserves the right to abandon (destroy) the package at customs. For domestic orders (within Turkey), the return of unclaimed packages is evaluated within the scope of the legal right of withdrawal, and the return shipping fee cannot be collected/deducted from the buyer.
