1. Intellectual Property Rights

All designs, product models, knitting patterns, images, texts, logos, and other digital content on the theorlea.com website are the exclusive property of Orlea. All or any part of this content may not be copied, reproduced, used for commercial purposes, shared on another platform, or manipulated to create a “digital twin” without the written permission of Orlea.

2. Website Use and Responsibilities

Users are obligated to use this platform in accordance with legal purposes. It is strictly prohibited to violate the security of the website, send malicious software to the system, try to disrupt the operation of the website, or collect content without authorization using data mining (scraping) methods.

3. Product Information and Nature of Design

All products displayed on our website are of Premium Handcrafted Knitwear standards and are completely handmade. Due to the organic nature of the boutique production process carried out upon order; hand craftsmanship tolerances and organic size stretches (1-3 cm in fitted pieces, up to 5-8 cm in wide outerwear or accessories) arising from hand tension or the structure of natural fibers may occur. These organic texture and millimetric size tolerances between the product in the image and the product reaching you are the unique signature of hand-made authentic production and do not constitute a defect (defective goods).

4. Tax Exemption and Legal Status

The Seller is subject to Artisans Tax Exemption under Article 9 of the Income Tax Law No. 193. Commercial activities and international orders on the website are carried out within the framework of this legal exemption; VAT is not collected. In accordance with the legal legislation, an official invoice is not issued within the scope of the artisans tax exemption; the ‘Order Summary’ sent to your e-mail address and the ‘Bank/Virtual POS Receipt’ regarding your payment stand as the legal proof of purchase. For international buyers, these documents are in the capacity of an official sales document (commercial document) in customs declarations.

5. Resolution of Disputes and Authorized Court

In all kinds of disputes that may arise from these terms of use, the rules of Turkish law shall apply, and without prejudice to the mandatory authorized court and Consumer Arbitration Committees’ jurisdictional limits arising from consumer legislation, the Courts and Enforcement Offices of İzmir are authorized.
